After the recent release of their “Spoiled Identity E.P.”, Iron Reagan have already returned with their second full length album “The Tyranny Of Will”
Wasting absolutely no time at all the all star line up featuring members of Municipal Waste, Darkest Hour and Cannabis Corpse have churned out a full length album with 24 brand new tracks. There’s 25 songs in total but one they included is their tribute to the late Dave Brockie “The Living Skull” which was also on the “Spoiled Identity E.P.”
While most of the songs clock in at under 2 minutes they are still hard. Fast and fun and exactly the kind of cross over thrash that you’ve grown to expect from these guys. The entire album clocks in at 32:50 minutes but its 32:50 minutes of pure fist pumping, head banging fun.
Stand out tracks on this album include the title track, the gruesome “Eyeball Gore”, “Miserable Failure “, the already mentioned “Living Skull” and the hilarious “Your Kid’s an Asshole”. Which again the album is so short that your gonna need to listen to it multiple times in one sitting because in some spots you might blink and miss something great.
This album is great for those of you who are fans of old school D.R.I., S.O.D. and Suicidal Tendencies and just wanna thrash out and have fun
