LMFAO is………..an interesting band to say the very least. In looking at just the titles of their two records, it’s easy to see what kind of music you can expect from LMFAO
So it’s obvious to see what kind of music these guys make, and that’s fine by me! They’re fun, they’re hip, they have a knack for writing a catchy hook. But as the video for their latest single “Sexy and I Know It” will tell you, we’re about to see a whole ‘nother side of LMFAO.
The video begins with what I’d like to dub the LMFAO Crew, which are some of the dancers we’ve seen in their most recent videos, Redfoo himself, and that crazy dude with the Robot head. After they tap their foot to the beat for a while they take to the boardwalk to sing their song to anybody listening. This crowd includes Simon Rex, Jesus Christ, Ron Jeremy, and apparently Tom DeLonge from the video to “First Date”
It's Almost Uncanny!
as Redfoo (with the big ass ‘fro) continues to sing the song, we see the early stages of a rivalry brewing between Redfoo and SkyBlu over who really is the sexiest LMFAO’r……….or LMFAO’er. I don’t know, I’m still trying to work this all out.
Now you remember what I said about seeing a whole other side to LMFAO? Well, when I make a statement like that I have to keep my word to the people. Ladies and gentlemen, and for the millions (or thousands, or hundreds, or group of 10) reading at home, I introduce to you, Redfoo’s….
Penis
After singing the line “I got passion in my pants and I ain’t afraid to show it” Redfoo proves it to us by pantsing himself, to a slow-mo shots of his Penis. Yep…..
The rest of the crew join him in national “Show Off Your Junk Day”, and they take it to the beach to catch up on their tans, find some girls to walk around with them (sadly, they are not as naked as Redfoo), and then it’s time for a weight lifting session.
With another shot of SkyBlu’s crew, it’s obvious that the rivalry is brewing between who is the sexiest person at the beach. Well, either that or it’s a battle of which one can get the closest to exhibitionism without getting arrested, or scaring anybody for life.
The rivalry heats up when Redfoo decides to hit a bar, with SkyBlu close behind him. Finally the rivalry reaches its climax when Redfoo gets up to dance on top of the bar. In a final act to prove that he is the sexiest on the beach, SkyBlu rips off his shorts and leaves it up to the people to decide who’s junk is sexier
I'm kind of assuming that's the point of this contest
Redfoo is clearly angered that SkyBlu’s speedo has been decorated by KISS, so he challenges him to the only contest that can truly prove who is the better out of the two. A wiggle off!
Yep, it's EXACTLY what it sounds like
After the wiggle off is over, and with no clear winner, the two bitter rivals just decide to dance it out with the people in the bar. But just in case seeing guys junk wiggle in slow-mo for 3-4 minutes wasn’t enough, LMFAO even threw in this guy just for you

And that’s kind of how the video ends, they all dance around half naked on the bar until the video just kind of ends. So I guess it’s up to you to decide who is the sexiest LMFAO’er (I’m rolling with that), because clearly they couldn’t even decide with all the sexy going on…………..or whatever the hell this video was about.
Overall
Video – The video is odd, as you can see. I will give LMFAO props however, normally it’s women that are objectified and used as sex objects in music videos. LMFAO has finally decided to take one for the team and put themselves out there, definitely a different idea. If you like guys, this video is definitely for you.
Song – The song, while not meant to be anything more than a fun, club song, is kind of bland to me. It is catchy and silly, but not nearly as good of a song as “Party Rock Anthem”. However it beats “Champagne Showers” by a mile, I value my readers too much to post that song, so if you are curious you can look it up yourself. But be warned, the auto-tune knob is on 11 for that one, just awful.
Anyway, back to “Sexy and I Know It”, silly video, fun song, overall I’ll give the whole package (*snicker*) a 7.5/10.
